Welcome to Oziris. By accessing our automation and artificial intelligence platform, you agree to these terms entered into with JNX DIGITAL LTDA.

1. O Serviço

Oziris is a SaaS tool for management, scheduling, and content creation for social media using Artificial Intelligence.

2. Uso da Plataforma Meta (Essencial)

Oziris operates integrated with Instagram and Facebook APIs. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You must comply with the Instagram and Facebook Terms of Service.
• You are entirely responsible for the content you publish through our tool.
• It is strictly prohibited to use automation for spam, harassment, buying followers, or publishing illegal content.

3. Pagamentos e Cancelamentos

The service is prepaid (Subscription or Tokens). You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard. Access will remain active until the end of the paid cycle. We do not offer refunds for unused partial periods.

4. Limitação de Responsabilidade

JNX DIGITAL LTDA is not responsible for blocks, shadowbans, or restrictions imposed by Instagram/Facebook on your account resulting from violations of those platforms policies or changes in Meta APIs.
